These were taken during the April 6, 2012 weekend. We had planned to go to DC to see the cherry blossoms. Hao had researched the optimum time for viewing them based on previous years' data, but unfortunately, due to the extremely mild winter, the cherry blossoms bloomed early and there were no more to be seen by the time we went.
We ended up just walking all over and enjoying the sights. We didn't go into any of the museums since both of us have been to DC before and didn't think Harvey was old enough to enjoy them yet.

Harvey had a blast and was enthralled by his surroundings. There were so many new things for him to see that he didn't quite know where to look. Actually, we all had a blast, and are looking forward to visiting DC again soon, if only to see the cherry blossoms in bloom.
Harvey looks like daddyo when he smiles
