33 weeks today! I also had the first of my weekly NST's (non-stress tests) and little H is doing great! I haven't really been going out of the house much because of all the snow we've been getting here in Western Massachusetts. So what's a one to do when it's cold and gray outside? Make brownies, of course! This recipe for Cocoa Brownies with Browned Butter and Walnuts was on the cover of this month's Bon Appetit magazine and I'm so glad I had all the necessary ingredients to make them.
I'm ashamed to admit I finished the whole batch within a few days (DH had ONE piece and I ate the rest!) but they were so good, and I'm eating for two, right? Actually, I think I might even make another batch tomorrow. They're that good!
